Garretts new detector!

JASONSPAZ1

New member
I bet the post title got your attention.
I noticed Garrett Dropped its CX series of detectors. I have said before that I have almost have psychic feeling that Garrett's new top of the line machine will have a meter that is like the CX series which is almost part of the handgrip itself. but instead of the CX control box their will be a normal armrest. batteries and electronics will be in what was the old cx meter.

Problem is when will it come out?

Jason

Any day now would be great to me. I dont think it will have the CX type meter. Maybe will have that look of it, but will be a whole new direction. It better be something new as all these new detectors out there, Garrett always does something different.

Yea' I noticed they didn't have the CX on their website any more, pity - I was planning to buy one but if they are deleting it from inventory I'll just stay with the Minelab GT. I want something thats going to be around for awhile.

Honestly I would love to see Garrett come out with a new line of detectors. Something fresh and cutting edge. The Ace250 is a monster..If they would make something that worked as well as that unit we would have a winner. I found Silver with my Ace250 today. 1964 Silver Dime.
