took a road trip about 1 hour away and hit some parks and schools. I dug 167 coins, 4 rings, one gold and a teddy bear medal.

The ring is stamped 14 K with a pretty ruby looking stone. Temps are not too bad here in the desert yet, steve in so az

Good pile of coins too! :)

Congrats Steve on the finds and the 14-K ring and Teddy Bear 100th Celebration Commemorative coin are special! Ruby is my birthstone, so always like them! May God Bless! Amen! Ma Betty

Topaz, Tourmaline, Emeralds and maybe Diamonds all come in pink varities. I am sure there are others.

Nice looking ring, should be a better stone mounted in it, being Gold and all.

having a jeweler check a stone out is they have to charge to do it as they have to test it a lot. So ordinarily I dont do that but I do keep all stones before cashing in the gold melt. It looks kinda like a ruby. Steve
