I'm stoked! I got it primarily for jewelry hunting sports fields. I will be combing this forum for tips. I was wondering.. does the TID work when in all metal mode?

yeah it reads on the top in a graph-its kinda lame.It does work but the large numbers are your ground readout.On top of them in a speedometer style graph is your VDI readout.It works but is a tad but hard to see.I wish the VDI was the large numbers and the graph the ground readout,but then the Gold bug pro/dp is designed for nugget hunting.

Thanks! Yeah, I figured out recently that I am not interested in deep silver so much as I am in jewelry so I wanted a high frequency machine. I am prepared to dig some serious trash for the gold a always.
