getting wires wrong when changing a coil.

Does anyone know if when changing a coil on a sov or excalibur and the wires are not connected the right way if the electronics can be damaged?

Certain ways it won't cause any damage, but others may. I haven't really thought out what can happen if certain connections are reversed. I do know that if you switch two wires based on the color codes changing on the Excalibers it is only going to kill the threshold until you correct it.
