Ghost town items

Scortch

New member
I recently found these doodads in an old mining town that dates from around 1860-1920. The first 2 pics are, I think , a suspender buckle, but I really don't know. It is about 2 inches long and 1 and 3/4 inches tall. Has anyone seen anything like it? The third and forth pics are of an item that looks like it was sewn into clothing or a hat. It has an anchor with coiled rope on the front It measures around and inch wide and and inch and 1/2 long.. Could it be a flower holder or for a hat decoration? Any ideas would be appreciated. Both items seem to be made of bronze or brass.
Thanks for looking.
