Ghost town token

Howdy,

Had a bit of unexpected luck today and recovered a trade token (of which I rarely, if ever, find; might be a first). I believe it to be from the town of Prairieville, MN, which no longer exists (not sure if much of a town ever did exist either). There appear to be a couple other varieties from this Gingham Inn, but I haven't found one listed like this one. It ended up quite a ways from there though. It's about the size of a nickel.

Only had an hour to try out this place, so was encouraged to find something like this to start off. Hope to get back and look for more goodies.

HH,

We think there are a lot of varieties of coins out there .... man the amount of tokens are unreal. I have a book of Indiana token written in the 1980... and you know tons of token have came out since then. This thing has almost 400 pages of known trade tokens for Indiana. That doesnt include all the other verieties of token... like games and advertising.
