Our power just came back on about an hour ago, we've been on the generator since Sat. morning and that was getting expensive:ranting:I was burning through twelve gallons of gas a day. We only got about four inches of snow here and the power was off for three days. Kinda makes me wonder what would have happened if we got a really bad snow or something that caused the power to be off for months. Most folks have become so dependent on utilities, they just wouldn't be able to survive without em, I don't know anyone anymore that even has a well with good water. What a disaster waiting to happen.:drinking:
