God is GREAT!!!!

I am thankful I have a job and the overtime hours provided by God, I am thankful that He has held our van together...only He could have kept it on the road this long without accident or it falling apart in the road. I am thankful to God for providing us with the money to add to the church offering plate for His purposes. I am thankful that He has made it possible to have this computer working...even after the crash and being backed over...to keep in touch with other Brothers and Sisters in Christ. I am thankful to God that He has met our every need - even before we knew we had a need, He provided. I am thankful for His gifr of His Son, Jesus, who died and paid the price I should have paid and that Jesus has risen and sits in Heaven with our Father, awaiting the go ahead to bring His family home. I am thankful for so many things...especially my wonderful wife whom I love dearly.

I want to say thank you to God for this new...to us...vehicle He has provided to meet our transportation needs.

The interior is fantastic!!! (Even a CD player...so we can list to Christian music to/from church and other trips...radio signals fade too much up here to get good Christian stations).

The old van just had too many problems...sliding door had a broken track and had to man handle it to open and close it, the steering was very bad at 47 miles per hour and when decelerating, transmission was leaking fluid and sometimes the van didn't want to move, the driver's door broke so it could not be opened so had to screw it shut and slide in and out on the passenger side of the van...making others wait til I got in or me waiting for the passenger to get out so I could get out. So many more things that were bad - only God kept it alive while He was working out everything to work towards our good.

Here is me with a BIG SMILE .... I can actually get in and out on the driver's side again!!!

Thank you Father for these and so many other things You have provided both my family and me with. And, Brothers and Sisters, thank you for your prayers to the throne of God on our behalf. As you see, your prayers do get answered.

Great for you. I can remember when my family was young and I was out of a job and some of our meals depended upon if I could catch some fish. Every penny counted. Yet today, when I look back I remember these times with fondness. I pray God continues in blessing you and your families. Bryan

Yes, God meets our needs and He knows ahead of time what we will be needing and when! His love for His Children is AWESOME and He never fails to watch over us and meet our needs! Now, it may not be exactly the way we want HIm to do, but however He answers our prayers and our wants....it is for our good and for His purpose! As the old saying goes, Father knows best! Congrats Pete and Sherry on the newer transportation and for the CD player for hearing Christian music while traveling! God is sooooo gooooood and He is gooooood all the time! Praise God and Thank You, Jesus, for Your blessings upon Pete and Sherry! May they enjoy life more and more in Your wonderful love! Amen! God Bless! Betty

And one other thing - we paid nearly HALF of KBB value :). Yup, God has blessed us once again, which doesn't surprise me one bit, but still tickles me pink because He's provided even more than what we expected!

(And I love you too, my Petey!)

Praise the Lord for his blessings. I am ALWAYS here on the sidelines listening to my friends here and I too have NOT quit smiling, both inside and out, while reading this post. We love you and your family greatly Pete and Sherry. The Lord runs us through the hard times so we will appreciate the good times.
THANK YOU FOR SUCH A BEAUTIFUL AND HEART WARMING POST !!!!

We listen to it on 104.9 .... when it comes in. There is KLOVE also we can get when in the Harrison area and SmileFM on 88.3 when it is coming in. There just hasn't been a good signal....or....maybe it was not a good radio in the van. Will have to check to see if God also blessed us with a radio that will pick them all up and providing a good signal. Will check out 90.5 Steve. Thanks.
