Going to the beach soon...Any input on settings

I am headed to the beach for Easter and want to play with my Deus and my ETrac. I know how to set up my ETrac, but need help with the Deus since it will be my first beach hunt with it.

Anybody want to offer up preferred beach settings to help me in my quest?

I haven't been using my Deus as much because I have been hunting two tone ferrous with my ETrac and doing well because I know the ID of things before I dig them most of the time.

Any input will help because I would like to get the most out of this machine and also strengthen my knowledge of how to hunt with it.

If it's your first time out with it, maybe you should try the two factory beach modes it has, they both work excellent.

Thanks for the input. I will try the dry and wet beach settings.

I will be in north Florida and was wondering if anyone had found a "perfect" setup beyond the factory settings that improved performance.
