GoJo Gloves for detecting?

Guest
Hi. I have a chance to buy a lot of GoJo gloves, but was wondering if you guys have ever used them?
These are GoJo MaxImpact Professional Technician Gloves, and they seem to be pretty nice ones. They retail for like $30 US.
Does anyone have any experience with them?
They have gel pockets in the palm on these. Would that be a help? I can also buy the SureGrip gloves from GoJo, which don't have the gel pockets.
He has like 300 pair, and I can get them for $12, so I think it is reasonable. Comments please.

I just don't feel comfortable with gloves of any type. I know a professional fellow that tinkers with cars on the side and it keeps his hand looking good.
Imagine it would help prevent poison ivy, cuts etc. so whatever works. Have no idea what GoJo gloves are but rubber gloves such as used in the medical field can be bought in bulk cheaply..certainly a thought...

I too like Dan do not like wearing gloves, but since I am a road bicyclist I am used to wearing the bike gloves and when my good pair wears out I use them for metal detecting, even when below freezing.
The big advatantage to them, they are not hot, so you can use them when warm outside but the gel in the palm stops all chances of getting blisters in the palm of the hand from digging.

Gloves can be handy to use at times, for me,at trashy sites, cold day's when the wind seems to cut right through you,wet digging, and also keep in mind the type of site your at,or what it was? Remember, glass, needles, and old razzor-blades could be down there,as I have found! I've used the gel type when removing old tin roofing from some remote cellar-holes, obsorbed some cuts and nail stabs, that could have been my skin, think before you slip your hand down there.HH.

for that price how can you go wrong, there is always something you can use them for. if you think you will use them whats a few bucks.

Medical gloves is what I use alot. Keeps my hands clean. Sometimes I put a pair of leather gloves over them. Seems to work fine.

If folks were interested, I wouldn't mind picking up some, and sending them, but I don't want to get into trouble on here. I bet I can priority ship them for $3.50, or whatever that costs.
Let me know, gently please, and I would be happy to get some extra. I already bought 2 pairs, and have used them. I like them. I found a place online that sells them at $30, so I feel like I am getting a good deal.
Dennis, who is trying to avoid getting smacked by moderators...... :)

Can you include a website or photo so i can see them. think i would be interested too.
