Gold and Silver Today!

Beach hunting has been a crap shoot most of this past year. There have been a few better days that stand out and today was one of em! I planned on a LONG walk today (covered over 6 miles in about 5.5 hours!) and it was worth it. The winds and storm the night before moved some sand around and pushed out quite a few targets. The two heavy tungsten rings popped out first and then it was just clad, clad, clad for a while. I got a nice solid "9" on the Equinox 800 and it sounded great and looked even better. The second was just a few blocks further down. It too sounded great and rang up as an "8" on the Nox. The silver earring came later along with a junk ring and some other odds and ends. Dug a metric-crap-ton of clad today, over $11. I'm beat, time for a Bourbon or two! Good luck all!

Really nice finds, congrats.

Got to love those pictures with the little bit of sand, really good show.

that gold has some low numbers, no wonder it hides so well

Stones all test negative with a diamond tester. Prob CZs or white sapphire. The larger stone did move the diamond tester up the scale but not all the way to diamond.
