Gold in Alberta Canada?

Anyone have any knowledge of gold in the Canmore Alberta Canada area? I have a trip up that way next month while doing a road trip ifrom upper Montana and Glacier National Park. Hoping to do some detecting and panning while in the area.

Hi Mat, should be gold there, all our gold came from Canada. I live in Ohio and our gold is Glacier Gold. If we hit a good spot we do good. Just pan and Sluice till you find it, they should be some there.
