Gold ring digital numbers

Well, that is a beauty!
A combo piece containing both silver and gold is actually a pretty rare thing.
Even silver with plated gold is not something we find every day.
So far I have only found two...this ring that is marked both 925 and 14k which has such a small amount of gold I found it hard to consider it a real gold find but I guess it is because that heart is tiny but it is sold gold.
Found next to one of my favorite sites for jewelry...a basketball court.

Most recently I dug this locket which I suspect is at least 100 years old because after doing research I found this type of jewelry was a popular "thing" that was sold back around the turn of the last century.
Marked sterling with 1/20 gold plating.
Both pretty unusual, both pretty cool finds, I think.

You are correct! I think older jewelry can be more fun to find just because “if it could talk the stories it could tell”.
