Gold Ring Markings???

At the old farm my partner and I are hunting he dug this ring, it appears to be gold for sure but I do not know what the markings are or mean and we are not sure what the band of corrosion on the center OD are any ideas?
 
It would appear from where I'm sitting that it is a plated ring.
Sorry I don't know anything about the rings markings.
 
That ring is plated. I had my class ring get a Bright spot of green where the copper mix was close to the surface. 10 K gold. RON
