Goldquest SS V.2 Advice on Best Setup & Coils?

I have just purchased a Goldquest with extra filter and wondered if I could get some advice on best setup. I would also like to know what coils are available and their best operating conditions. Can you get covers for the control box ???? Help would be most appreciated.
