good beach program for the Explorer II?

Well, the detector arrived today and I'm off to the beach (Outer Banks)Friday to start swinging. Can anyone suggest a good beach program to start out with?

Don't dig the "growly" low tones.
Set the sensitivity as high as the stability will allow, Deep On and you might try Gain at 10.
You probably won't get universal agreement on any particular settings, but this works great for me.
