and the competition is fierce. I gave up on going on the weekends and only go on week days and as early in the morning as possible. Most people around here don't know how to hunt jewelry with a metal detector, they turn there discrimination up to were they won't find the pull tabs and then they don't find the jewelry either. If it wasen't for that, I would probably never find anything as our little fresh water beach is pounded by detectorist almost daily. Those three rings I found was after the water level was dropped for winter pool and all three were at depths of 8" to 10".
