Hello again Rc......A lovely day here in the UK.
My dear wife was watching the golf from the USA until midnight here!....she was totally ecstatic about the beautiful scenery .....She want to go on holiday and see it for real.
Anyway....back to detecting...and the Vi's polar display.

Looking more closely at the 'screw' picture you so kindly provided, DOES show exactly what I forecasted.....a 'loop' in the 2.5 kHz response.
That confirms one advantage of the display method.......What's your thoughts?
It will probably be a month or so before we in the UK have the facility................Thanks again for all your help......TheMarshall
