well everything was looking good until i saw doc. SAW-BONESyesterday,seems like my fat days are over looks like i might qualify for A GASTRIC-BY-PASS.I HAVE MYSELF BETWEEN A ROCK AND A HARD PLACE..maybe i can get rid of this DIABETES AND HIGH BLOOD PRESSURE.once you have this operation your whole life changes,no more sodas,cakes,pies,my good OLD CHILI.I WENT TO A CLASS AND WAS AMAZED AT THE CHANGES I WILL GO THROUGH.THERES THREE CHOICES # 1 GASTRIC -BY-PASS #2 LAP-BAND # 3 SLEEVE.WAITING TO HEAR FROM THE DOC.

Whenever I plow on Sunday's
I listen to (Hyme Time Country Style) It is a radio program on Sunday morning only. They even have a message from a local pastor.

I have a lot of Billy Graham sermons on cds.when i cant go to church i sometimes watch those.all of his sermons seem fresh and annointed.
