I don't know how many read my post today about Power of Prayer and what I've gone through and still not sure who it was for, but was urged by God's Holy Spirit to post the message! Praise God and Thank You, Jesus, for Your answer to prayer!
This evening the ball got rolling on my unspoken prayer request and this time I'm pretty sure the Cuba, MO house at 106 Zac Dr is sold! They refused my Counter Offer during the first offer made, and house was only for sale about 3 days and this young couple saw it and liked it and made a very low offer! They didn't want to pay what I was asking for in my final offer, but both my Real Estate lady and I felt that the house was for them and they just might think it over and come back and buy it! Well, they just did today and my realtor just called and emailed me about them and the contract for my counter offer! God is sooooo GOOD! The unspoken prayer request was for the Cuba house which was listed in the Century21friends. com houses for sale and in the LMS...Houses for sale Ads! The house was listed around the 2nd week in March....about the same time I got ATT.net for my Computer Internet and TV! Now, you see, I prayed it would sell quickly, to the right buyes, at the right time and at the right price! I couldn't go any lower than what I offered and God moved on my behalf and Glory Hallelujah, this will take a lot of stress and pressure off me.....even though I tried not to let it get to me with Jesus' loving guidance directing me forward on God's straight path!
I have the contract pages to sign and initial and send by attachments! Another way God worked this evening, that Jane, my realtor, was trying to call me, but the phone only gave a short ring and then nothing! Well, today ATT started showing the phone number on my TV screen and there it was, but the name was James but the # was hers! I called her, and found out her husband's name is James and that the phone had rang several times on her end but not on mine! So you see it is God moving for my benefit and maybe for the young couple, for I hear they are friends with and go to church with another Realtor! All, I can say, is I will be able to pay off my mortgage on this home I live in and maybe I will pay off a couple of Credit Cards, too! Also, with the closing in May, the weather will be warmer but not hot and humid and I won't have to drive in the cold or maybe bad weather! Sorry that I write such long posts...........................But I am so elated in the Lord that I shouted glory Hallelujan and Thank You, Jesus, while I was on the phone with Jane!
WE certainly do have a prayer answering God and I am receiving what I need for what the house is worth! The young couple as first time buyers also get a large Tax Credit off the purchase price, which discontinues the end of April! Praise the Lord! Amen! May God Bless each of you!
