As soon as I pulled it out of the ground I knew it was gold but I thought it had a cheapie stone in it. Over the weekend I was told that it is a really nice Sapphire with two diamond chips and a 10L gp;d settomg/ Seems like a nicer find than I first thought. I got one last hunt in last Friday. Much to my surprise it was int he 50's the day after Thanksgiving. Couldn't pass up the chance so went to a neighbouring town and covered two schools (it being a holiday and all) and two small parks. found a decent amoung of clad and a 1941 wheatie but nothing else of note. I was good to be out on Nov 25th though.
