As many know I sold the Minelab and part of that money was to get me an electronic keyboard to learn to play music on. Always wanted to play music and found the only thing that I could play it on was the Suzuki Q-Chord. (Posted some videos on YouTube of me playing it - look for Amazing Grace on the Q-Chord - by me - coinshooter)
Got a deal on a:

Found one on Craigslist for $200 which included the keyboard, the stand, an expensive sustain foot pedal, a case with wheels to store and move it in, several music books, power supply, and some other things thrown in. The condition was better than new. How do I know 'better than new'?
I also bought a brand new one from Best Buy when I was down in Grand Rapids meeting with Mike from MI. The price was $229 which was for...just the keyboard.
No power supply, no stand, no music books, no case, no foot pedal for sustain. Had to pay extra for a household power supply (which later, according to Yamaha Corporation USA is the wrong one sold to me by Best Buy for an additional $30.)
So deal one above was a God thing for sure. Better than new and is now Sherry's keyboard. She LOVES it. It was a gift from me she had not expected and is so much lighter we can carry it to church in one hand instead of using a hand truck (dolly) to mover her monster Yamaha 9000 Pro keyboard.
Sherry is blessed by this gift of love. The church of course will have some great music from this keyboard, She can enjoy it at home or even on the road...takes only 6 - AA batteries...another God thing.
I benefit too with mine to learn to play. Sherry will teach me things she learns on hers and help me learn to get the most out of mine. We both look forward to the day we take both to church and can play together for God's glory and honor.
And more news, Casey's 100 dollar beater car her Dad bought her Casey is replacing. Today she will be getting a 1999 Ford Taurus station wagon. Compact and easy on gas I am sure and great interior, no exterior rust, etc. We just pray it is reliable,,,,more reliable than the small dealership selling it,,,,bad comments in various places about this dealership...but not 100 per cent bad - maybe 30 per cent. We pray her new wheels will be in the 70 per cent that is a good thing. Pray God blesses this car to keep Casey and Leelan safe on the roads - no mechanical failure and being small vehicle that others don't miss seeing her driving. Its a red car...maybe we need lights and siren on it LOL.
Thanks all. Thought I should give some good news so ya don't think I am ALWAYS a complainer.
