[size=large]Just to show the differance between Good PR and Lousy PR here's my story.
I ordered a coil & rod assmbly from Bart @ Big Boys. I got an e-mail acknowledging my purchase and pmt by echeck thru paypal. i also received a reminder that it would take 5 days for the echeck to clear. At the end of the 5 days i again heard from Bart & paypal the check had cleared and again a thanks from Bart. This guy knows Pr. In 6 days i received my coil and rod.
O the same day i ordered from Bart I ordered from Predetor tools. Paypal sends me notice it will take 5 days for the echeck to clear. 5 days later Paypal tells me my check cleared. 10 days later and still no product nor e-mails. This order was for a replacement sheath for my 85 digging tool. Was to be sent USPS. I called Predetor today and got voice mail. I then filed a complaint with Paypal and got them in this. Always cover your butt if problems come up.
when you do it alone you end up with excuses that aren't given when Paypal is involved for instance. later some guy from Predetor calls and wants to know why i called. I'd already given my name and why. I tell him and get," we were back-logged on those. No warning when you order and no e-mail when trouble comes a calling. no sorries, no thanks for the order. no PR skills. they said it would be sent today. i was told that when i talk to their rep but not in e-mail. That came from their responce to Paypal along with the usually worthless tracking numbers the post office issues.
WTG Bart !!! Not one bad deal with Bart. Very pleasant a great person to deal with.
