Good second time out with the 600

Second time out with the 600. More impressed each time. Some observations..
My $10 amazon aptx bluetooth earbuds work fantastic. No noticeable lag. They connect/reconnect automatically.
I much prefer Park 2 to either of the Field modes for trashy sites with iron.
It's nice to hit the Iron button over an iffy signal to hear the iron mixed in.
Manual ground balance is fast and easy.
This thing kills it in hunted out spots.

Hi Wayne
Nice dig and thanks  for the info about the Aptx earbuds.

By manual ground balance, do you mean doing the auto ground balance procedure? (I thought only the 800 let you manually ground balance.)

Yes, by pushing the + and - buttons to fine tune it.
Both the 600 and 800 ground balance the same way. Page 40 of the manual.

Hey congrats on the finds! Nice report!! Why, may I ask, do you like the park modes better than the field modes? I run in field 2 modified to 5 tones instead of 50. I don’t like the iron bias of park 1.
