Another hunt in the dark tonite. I stuck a hot pac on the outside of the box underneath where the batteries are, taped it in place and put on the camo cover.. Worked like a charm! Temperature was -16 with the wind. I lasted a couple of hours, then headed home and made some fried onion cakes with hot dipping sauce.....life is good :bouncy:

Nice little hunt John! What does your camo-cover for the Scorpion look like? Onion cakes eh? MMMMM! Care to share the recipe?
Which part of Edmonton do you live? I used to live on the North Side.

Alright!:bouncy:Nice clad haul!:detecting:Happy Hunting!:)

You make me feel lazy, getting out in that kind of weather. Fried onion cakes with hot sauce makes me hungry. You are just an all around bad influence, John. lol
