Google maps need help

I Used Google maps to look up the site I plan on hunting and the pictures seem to be a year old . ( Guessing on age ) Does anyone know how to update the pic's ? Later Graw

What is on there is the latest pictures of that area. They do not update them that often. There are some in my area that are about 5 to 7 years old. What I do is print the pictures out and add (draw) the things that have changed. I like the GPS feature on Google Maps, helps locate areas well.

Hello Graw,

Randy is right, allot of goggle satellite pictures are old and some are not even recognizable, From what I have seen they are replacing the unrecognizable satellite pictures first before updating the others.

Still, I perfer google earch other any of the others I've come across.

Just found out from another forum( live maps .com )does a better job. They were right. It's worth a look see. Later Graw
