a hat and a vest from Minelab.

I submitted the article about that 1945 class ring to them and asked why their website doesn't have Explorer II in the list of detectors used for finds. For my article and asking about their site, I was rewarded with this nice and warm vest and the hat too.

Great service at Minelab (USA).

...it appears there is an alien passing himself off as man's best friend on your right!!!

That is really cool Pete!! Hey, Brian is doing great and hopefully we'll be home by Thursday! Thanks for your prayers brother!

I have a few of them hats and wear them all the time! :)

Another alien: my little blind Jack Russell/Beagle mix...named..(what else? )...."Jakkie"

and one that will help keep me warm too

..how my dogs look too using flash! How long has he been blind??

Jakkie has been blind since birth..we got him from a shelter last summer; he had been dropped off near some railroad tracks; he is about 4-5 years old.The vet told us he has "Retinal Detachment" and nothing can be done for this...only had he had surgery at birth would he be able to see; but he is verrrrrrry smart..and has acute hearing..he hears the faintest sounds in the house..that Hank and I can't hear.

Of course we feel so sorry for him not being able to see this beautiful world. He loves music so we keep the "Jukebox Gold" TV station on for him most of the day...we have nicknamed him "Jukebox Jakkie". We love him very much!

Here are three pics of Jakkie , Hank and me just after we saved him from the shelter last summer

...to take in a blind dog!! You guys are very special people. Great pics too!!

So...does Hank ever go digging with you?

I have the Sovereign Elite for Hank to use...but he would rather dig up golf balls out of the rough...

...but I quit before I hurt someone!! Plus, what I saved on green fees paid for my detectors!!
