Got a treasure hunt coming up saturday. Get this, my lead detector is a Ace 250. Backup is an AT Pro......

Now some of you probably are thinking "that ain't right"
But, that little Ace 250 won me $2,000.00 in the last Daytona Beach shootout in 2008.
It's quick, light, and everything I need to score some silver in the upcoming hunt. :)
Tomorrow I'll get some practice with both machines, so I'll be ready to get my share of the goodies (hate that word). LOL

Sometimes going back to the old way is the thing to do. I am not advocating this but I one saw an old guy with a forked stick that would make all of us a laughing stock. Frankly, the Ace 250 impresses me as did many of the old Whites that I have had over the years. The best detector that I ever had was a BFO unit that I built by copying and old broken mine detector.
