Got out again, nothing too great.

I managed to get out again and got 5 more Wheat Pennies and a Marble. The years of the Wheat Pennies are from left to right. 1910,1918,1919,1936,and 1948-d. Here is the pic.[attachment 23496 Wheats2.png] Here is a pic of the Marble also.[attachment 23497 Marble.png] I was out with Barber Boy again today (this is his username for logging into Findmall) and he got a couple of Wheats,a 1899 Indian Head,a silver Roosevelt Dime, and a really worn no-date Barber Dime. He has no scanner of camera at the moment and he wants me to just post his finds here also. I wish I could get the photos for you all but he lives 20+ miles away so it makes it hard. Anyways, I hope to have better luck next time out and will keep you posted on the finds.

Hey James...

Those wheaties look like they're in pretty good shape! The ones I've found don't quite look near as good. With oldies around like that, there's silver to be had! Keep lookin' :)

Nice going James. I have a few old marbles in my collection of goodies also. Man, they sure are hard to pinpoint, but when they are lying on top of the ground it sure makes it easier......:) Tomorrow morning my buddy Lee and I are heading out to the picnic grounds. I'm sure it will be a restless night tonight for me with great anticipation of finding some good stuff.........:) HH.

The Wheat Pennies are in really nice shape and I know that there is some silver to be had. I'll keep pluggin' away (HAHAHA)and see what I pull up next and thanks for the reply.

Thanks James. I got everything all packed and ready to go. Now I just have to try and get some sleep and dream about those seated coins dancing through my head....:) Hope to have some stuff for show and tell this Sunday or Monday when we get back.
