I went to a park that I pound a lot (only because it's so close to my house). Worked a little ballfield again. Weird... I put my coil down after I noise cancelled and my first swing was a nice tone. I thought it was a quarter until I checked the depth. (too deep to be clad in this area). Dug down around 7" for this:

I have gone to 2-3 places over the years where I dig a neat old coin right off and nothing else old comes up. And I worked the places well. steve
