Got out tonight.

Tonight I got out to a local high school that has done good by me with alot of clad since summer started, its only yielded one silver dime and a small silver prayer box pendant.

Tonight I had plans to dig every repeatable signal and then some. Took the F75 and the Stingray. Didn't use the tesoro much after starting. As normal the clad kept coming up. I did have a "first" find, dug a Sacagewea One dollar coin. And minutes later a nice fat ladies ring stamped 925 sterl dolphin ring and my first wheatie from this spot, a nice '57.

The digging was easy and the night was cool and humidity free.

Hope everyone else has a productive weekend.

Mud I have yet to have any problems with the law while hunting . This is one of the few high schools that doesnt have the football field locked up. Most in my area are though and I suspect that if I was spotted inside a locked down football field. I might get my first experience with them.

I do have a ace in the hole so to speak, my wife is law enforcement. So that helps out some, within reason of course.

Yeah for the size of the ring she was a heavy little sucker. And Rick after hunting the heck out of this location numerous times, I sure was happy to pluck a wheat from there. Funny thing is the only silver coin was also a '57. Mainly I like to know that whoever cleaned this school up in the past ( built in the '30s ) didn't get all of the old goodies. But there isn't alot by any means.

Still learning the 13" ultimate and it isnt doing to bad. But have yet to strike any deeper targets on this field and depth accuracy is consistantly off calling the target deeper then it is. Put I feel confident after having some hours with this coil that if it is a good target down there I'll hear it.

Don't you mean last night? :tongue:

NICE RING!!!! :thumbup::thumbup:

I am prolly going to do the same this afternoon.

Coil think I posted last night when I got home :D

Z I added a stingray to the line up a couple weeks ago. I have not had alot of chances to use it. But the few times I have had her out I have found it insanely sensitive to small chains etc. so wanting to dig everything last night I started with it. But didn't feel like I was getting the depth I'm accustomed to with the 75. So I side lined it to really get to know the new 13" coil on familiar ground.

The 11" bi-axle had retrieved paper shotshell head stamps at 9" and 10" from this ball field. So I knkw the 75 is well capable of finding targets in the ground from before the football field was there.
