I called Garett Svc about the problem i had with the GTI
i mentioned that 1 of the battery holders had a slight
crack

Today in the mail 2 new holders and a Really nice
50th anniversary patch!!!

Im a Garrett fan for life

Now off to the fields !!!!

I had the same problem with My GTI 1500 and the sent me a new set also
 
I have a part broke off my battery holder on the GTI-2500, but it still works and holds the batteries in place. Love to have one of those 50th anniversary patches, tho. My At/Pro ought to get there Thursday or Friday and looking forward to its repair and return. It's hot but beautiful weather for dirt fishing, but I have a full week already. Maybe early in the am, I can get out for at least an hour 2-3 days this week. Glad they are taking care of you, old ranger & ggoodew.
