Hi Larry,
We'll have too hookup in the future, Do some GQ hunting in your area <img src="/metal/html/smile.gif" border=0 width=15 height=15 alt=":)">
This is California, Beach conditions change from one day to the next. I've noticed the same as you did and then BANG the next trip to the same beach had to use more SAT and even a little delay.
Looking forward to hunting with you,
Paul (Ca)

Paul,
Any tips on usng the HH PI? I just sent out the bank draft for one. I cant wait to get it on the beach.
Thanks
Emmett

Hello Emmett,
Congrats with your new HH PI, It's a deep machine with user friendly features. The Threshold and the Delay are the two main controls to the HH PI.
Don't be afraid to retard the delay "counter clock-wise" when the ground conditions get tough. Usually when entering the ocean the waves will cause the unit to sound unstable, This is normal with most Pi's made today. Just retard the delay and even reduce the threshold to a faint steady tone which will help you focus on detecting.
Keep me posted with your results by e-mail and I'll guide you to get the most out of you Hh PI.
HH, Paul (Ca)
