Ops, I've not been digging those low numbers

999 out of a 1,000 are foil and ring pulls, Mark

Nice gold ring Bilko! Congratulations to ya...here's to the next 999 foil/ring pulls :beers:

NebTrac

I skip those low numbers too... half of the time. After seeing this I am inspired to dig them full time. I better increase the size of my junk sack!

Sweet ring find, BTW.

My wife say's my junk could be larger as she finds some pretty cool stuff in , Am I out of bounds here?:nono:

Nice Gold Ring! Congratulations!!!

Very nice! I am usually a high tone digger but some days I will hunker down and JUST go for low tones. You will get a surprise from time to time

thanks everyone! Funny Nebtrak!

re the signal, I don't know if it's the shape of the ring or the gold content which I guess is 22 or 24 ct

I don't know if it is a mourning ring and if the word is S IS or SIS

I've uploaded this vid

To increase your odds of finding a 12 05 gold ring FIRST put youself in a spot where you know there are more rings lost. Beach Snow Or a 3000yr old site with tons of history coins and jerwlry. If you go to the city park have fun digging pieces of aluminum. But if it is easy to dig (beach or field) then I say pick it and flip it. YOU GO BILKO!!!

cheers, Utah! I agree. This is the first ring I've found there in 150/200 hours of detecting so I guess I am persistant:eek:)

Today I was there finding mainly V2 rocket skin )
