type in Noon Hill, Medfield, MA you will see an area I have searched several times. That whole area is the site of a major and very bloody Battle from King Philip's War of 1676. The Indians basically Massacred the local Colonists. When the Militia arrived they were appalled and swore to literally wipe out the Nipmuck Indians forever. They succeeded.!!!! It took 2 years but they killed every last one of them. Today we find all kinds of stuff. You never know what s going to come up next. Last time I was there I found an Indian Burial Mound made of a large boulder base with smaller stones placed in a circle pattern on top of it. The area is "heavily" wooded and this Mound was way out in the woods. I got lucky. Anyway, Nice Map Site. PEACE:RONB
