Great Service Garrett

I just want to say thanks for the great repair service I recieved on my Pinpointer that I had bought about 8 months ago.

ISSUE:

My pinpointer would either turn on and stay on meaning stay vibrating and making sound, or it would come on and not detect anything even if it was touching metal.

REPAIR:

Garrett sent me a whole new Pinpointer with case and new warranty card. I was very very shocked and pleased.

CONCLUSION:

This is why I buy Garrett (Tesoro as well) because if something is not working correctly Garrett takes care of the customers and without 1 ounce of hassell. I will soon be buying a AT Pro this Summer to upgrade my Arsenal and add under water searching next.

p..s. It seems like the Pinpointer I have is a different design as well, it no longer has that long beep sound this pinpointer makes a short beep and thats it. It also seems to detect a tad deeper then my old one, BUT turning this one on is a pain because it will beep on/off really fast and annoy the crap out of me.
