A big thanks to Mary Pinkard of Garrett. She really came through when I had problems with a new Apex (pairing). She sent new headphones which didn't solve the problem. Then she sent a new Apex which solved the problem. This has nothing to do with Mary but why wouldn't the new detector already have the latest software update and also the 4 accessories as advertised in the latest American Digger? This all happened in the middle of May. Again, thanks so much Mary. You're the best. W.W. Smith
 
I spent 14 years in retail and if you can name a product that we sold i can tell you that it did not matter the product there would some that got to the customer with problems. IT happens with any product made. Products that were tested can still have a problem.
 
I agree. In over 60 detectors and 47 years I've only sent 3 detectors back, if I recall. Garrett has been the best. Thanks guys.
