Hello, everyone. I am from Sydney, Australia. We have a lot of beaches here where I sometimes find some metal things. Sometimes they are quite precious and old. Recently I found a gold chain, it's not old and it's nice. I seem to be in a good place :)

I will visit you occasionally when I have free time. We're in early fall now, and I often ride my bike while it's warm. I hope I won't seem too boring to you :)

First, welcome Ben. Secondly I apologize that my sis moved there 30+ years ago but better there than here! Fortunately for you I believe she recently moved to Perth?? Looking forward to seeing your finds.

Welcome to the Forum , Hope to read more posts from you. The winter weather has begun to ease up here in Massachusetts. Had a few nice teaser days with some more colder weather in the forecast. Like they say in New England " If you dont like the weather , wait a minute ". I've been out swinging my detector finding things from the colonial era. My brother whom I detect with had a small stroke, so he asked me to get him another detector. I ended up ordering him a new Minelab X-Terra Pro. A lot lighter than his AT Max. Its good rehab for him.
