Hi,
Greetings from Waikiki Honolulu Hawaii. I have been here for three days with my Minelab X-Terra 705 and have not found any gold yet! I have seen several people in the water and on the beach but personally haven't found much except some change. I still gave almost two weeks left and I will continue to detect every day until I leave. My detector is working great with no problems at all in the wet sand with my 5 x10 DD coil. Last year I found 3 rings and a necklace in 11 days. If nothing I will get a lot of fresh air mad get to meet some nice people. I noticed that the beach is pretty clean now, not much junk so it's been getting a lot of action and people have been cleaning as they go. I will have to hit a few of the other beaches on the eastern side of the island as time permits. I will keep you informed if I find anything interesting!
