Hi Everybody!

I am fairly new to findmall. I have been reading posts about E-Tracs and reading Andy's book until I finally got my new E-Trac this past Saturday. I am upgrading from my Ace 250 which I have been using for the past year and a half. I live in central Iowa, and am now in the process of learning my new machine. I hope to post some great finds very soon! So far I have a '42 Mercury dime and a '39 wheat cent. I'm heading back out to 'the field' in a few minutes.

HH!

Congratulations on your Merc,
best wishes for many more finds and good luck:clapping:

WTG on the 42, now you'll have a ball with the e-trac.

Im kinda new too...to fourms and posts...Ive been having a ball and researching lots of older information. the fourm rocks and youll enjoy it too...that is when your not able to get out and hunt.
Feed my addiction...feed me. feed me...must detect. good luck to you.

Thanks for all the replies everybody. I really enjoy this forum. I have about 10 hours on my machine right now. I'm kind of in that state where you alternate between being lost and then thinking I'm starting to get a handle on things. It will come. The fun is in the learning - and then the mastering.

Anybody on here located in the central Iowa area?

HH,

Bruce
