Ground balance toggle question???

Hey guys I just bought a MXT off ebay and the ground balance switch fells wobblie to me unlike the mode toggle is that the way it is supposed to feel or do ya`ll think it need a new switch? This detector appears to be new the battery pack never had batteries in it.
If a switch is needed is this something I could do myself? I have been using the DFX and am wondering if tone ID on the MXT sounds anything like the DFX sounds.

Sounds like the switch is loose. Try to tighten it a little otherwise my guess is you need a new switch.
