Hi Gt users

My gt threshold switch does not quiet the threshold any more. Anyone have a simple fix or is this a common
Problem? Everything else works as it should. No water damage.
 
I would check the batteries as a low battery will give you a threshold that cant be adjusted. If you have a alkaline pack make sure you have 8 new alkaline batteries and try that, don't put rechargeable in the alkaline pack as it only hold 8 and you need 10 of them like what is in the factory rechargeable packs.
What does it do when you switch in the silent threshold mode.

The battery is good, there is no change when the threshold toggle is switched to silent (down position)
