Had a fair day with the 705

I went to an old school that I have been to a few times in the past,found a few wheat and lots of clad but this time
I down loaded Understanding your X-terra by Digger,lots of pages but it's worth it..I think my 705 is hitting on all cylinders for the first time, and I think anyone who wants to get the most out of their 705 should also down load it ... the merc is 1920 and a coin from Canada 25 cents dated 1975

Hey Gil, nice hunt, so you got his ebook downloaded. How deep were they and which coil were you using?

I had 9" 7.5 kHz ,, If I remember corectly the Canadian coin 6" I think one quarter was 7" the rest were3&5" good to hear from you .. Keep in touch
