Had a nice time this evening at my sister-in-law's home.....

my nephew was home on leave from the Navy in San Diego, California! Wanda fixed a big supper for him, his sisters & families and his cousins and familes on his Aunt Pat's side of the family and me! The food was good, the visiting was great! Scott picked me up and brought me home and we had a nice conservation there and back! He likes the Navy but misses the thunderstorms and rains here in MO! He says, at the beach it is sunny and 75 degrees most all the time! He is growing up fast and will be 21 in Dec. He is a very nice young man and opened the truck door for me....just like his dad was... he is a gentleman! But I told him jokingly that he may have to help me to get into the truck by boosting me, but I made it in and out but with a struggle....remember I have arthritis and my legs are weak...but I enjoyed every minute of our visit! :) God Bless! Betty

Thanks Steve and it is good to have family around who are mostly Christians and good people! :) God Bless! Betty

Thank you 7centsworth! Wanda wanted me to get out of the house and she is a good cook, so worth it all! :) God Bless! Betty

Thank you, Lisa, I did enjoy getting out and visiting with my brother, Larry and Wanda's family! She is doing better since 2007 when she had such a difficult time concerning his death by suicide but has come along way in overcoming the grief! Takes time! I like her cooking, her home and all the kinfolks! They are special! God Bless! Ma Betty

Thanks Rick but you are supposed to be the gentleman and open the car door for your mother, grandmother and wife, if you have any of them! :) God Bless! Betty
