Had ONLY 1 Hour to hunt...but I did find some yellow stuff!!

Well I had only 1 hour to hunt before work this morning so I decided to hit a small local volleyball court by a park. The sand hasn't been added to or changed in any ways for years. I popped on my little 6" Excelerator coil because it hits coins and small targets hard. Got this nice heavy 14K bodybuilding charm at about 6". It isn't broken so that tells me that there is probably a nice 14K chain waiting there for me to pop out. My SE isn't crazy about gold chains but does okay on charms. I know there is a chain there somewhere so with my Se or one of my other machines...I will try and find it. I also found this nice thin sterling silver chain. While it is broken...it was still neat to find.
Sorry for the brief post...but gotta' get back to work.

I dont find much jewery but sometimes you just have to dig a good sound.Glad to see you out.Still no rain the ground is hard as rock.Good luck on your next hunt.

the places I hunt are just a multitude of tabs and can slaw. I spend all my time listening for deep silver coins and don't concentrate on lower nickel/gold hits. On this occasion though I did just that.

I knew there shouldn't be many tabs and junk. I also knew there were no deep silver coins so I concentrated on low hits...which I never do.

I get lazy and my knees are bad from years of motocross racing. I have been concentrating on deep silver hits and don't dig enough jewelry.

Hi. I found some nice ice over the weekend but can't seem to get a good close up on a digital camera. Can you tell me what camera and /or what method you use to post the pictures. thx
