My coil of choice is the joey, but today it was wet & my joey was unusable. constant low-pitched falsing. I dusted the cobwebs off the stock coil & found that it still works just fine! I was hunting an old picnic spot that had seen use as a cattle & sheep operation many years earlier. Newest coin was a 1959 memorial cent, oldest was the 1914 barber dime. the wheaties are all from the teens & 20's. Came home tired, cold & wet, but it was fun anyway. hh to all.
