Good find there. I wasn't sure at first.. The writing looked WW1 era, but
the uniform kind of looked WW2 era, so I wasn't sure until I saw your last

This reminds me of a paperwork on his property this guy was showing me from the 30's that he found in his house. There was a line item in the property guidelines that stated the home was not to be sold to members outside of the caucasian race. I made a photocopy, as soon as I find it, I'll scan it in and post it.
