Hammered Penny and a Chunky Earring

TURNMASTER

Active member
Well I got our for a little over an hour and got a few good hits. The earring was weird. It was kinda all over the map with some good silver sweeps mixed in. I thought I was going to dig a penny or a dime or a rusty nail... No not a nail, it did sound better than a nail.

That beat up thing next to the Penny under the Earring is a Memorial. hardly recognizable as a coin at all.

Neat finds. I have found similar things with earrings and broken rings - they are all over the map-probably because they are not a solid ring structure and their eddy currents as an intact ring. This is why I dig everything at a beach. HH
