I know I am a couple hours late, but I have not went to bed yet, so to me it is still Cinco De Mayo. Hope your Birthday was a good one!
 
She had a pretty good day...got to laugh at some things. Started the day EARLY going to Clare Hospital for a CAT scan. Then to Big Boy for breakfast with her sister and I. From there we went to a feed mill in town where she always wanted to go. Some kind of small bugs (fleas, mites or something) were biting her feet so we got out of there pronto.

From there she got to sit in the van doing her pest control work ala on wheels in a parking lot at the VA Clinic in Clare where I had an appointment. Took forever it seemed. Finally got back to the van to find the battery dead. I forgot and left the headlights on. God answered our prayers for a jump start. Stopped at a pet store for treats for the birds. Came home so she could take some pain killers, get her feet up and relax - while I went back out for gas for the lawnmower and propane for the grill.

Then we went to a local restaurant for her birthday supper. Great food and good service. She came home and I feed the birds and got them ready for bed while Sherry turned on House Hunters and fell asleep in her recliner.

Not the best birthday on record but she knew that and still enjoyed her day with her hubby.
 
Well, Pete, you and Sherry are blessed when you both can get out and travel and do what you need to get done! That was a lot of going and going and working and working! I would be exhausted if it had been me! When you both can enjoy and be with each other.......That is a Special Day! I hope Sherry had a blessed Birthday and may you both have many more days and years together enjoying having each other and may each day be lived as if it were your last and then joy will fill precious moments that'll be memories of the most loving and pleasant kind! Thank you all for your birthday wishes :). Pete has already summed up the day and I am happy that I got to spend the day with him, and still got to spend the morning with my sister also. After the CAT scan it was a very calm and nice day :).
