Sorry, the last line should be: Say a prayer for her and wish her, "A Happy Mother's Day"!
God Bless!

Let us not forget, also, the mother of Jesus. Not only did she give birth to our Lord but she suffered much during the time of the suffering and death of Jesus. Happy Mother's day to all mother's and let no man forget this day or he will suffer greatly for many months. :)

but have to look outward to others and hope they give back love to their Moms who first gsve to them.
Both Mothers Day and Fathers Day are depressing days here as having lost my Mom when she was 42 back in 1974 and Sherry lost her Dad about a year before meeting me.
On Father's Day we try to focus on our Heavenly Father - the giver of all things good.
Hope you had an excellent Mother's Day Betty.

my Mom got a big card from my brother and his family. She cried while reading it. We had to have buckets around her she cried so much. Just kidding! The birthday party was for my sister-in-law. We all had a fun time, barbecuing chicken and hamburgers, hotdogs. Then I tried to metal detect later in the field. Didn't find anything except for a new dime and penny. Here's a picture of my brothers family.

Thanks Pete and sorry about your loss. My three children called me and one sent me a really pretty card, so the day ended nicely! I lost both my mom and dad in 1984. Mom first from a heart attack and then dad less than three months later. Every holiday is hard for me, since their passing away and the divorce! Nothing is the same because almost 33 years of marriage made it so difficult to accept but life goes on! I have a problem with depression and really have to stay close to Jesus to be able to overcome those very sad times that seem to come no matter what!
Hope everything goes well with you and Sherry and you both have the joy of the Lord with a merry heart that does good like a medicine! God is Whom we must trust and lean upon....He is our happiness!!
God Bless!
Betty
